Low season
The rates are offered to you based on an occupancy of 4 travelers. Beyond 4 people, it will be necessary to add 10 € / pers / night. These supplements will be adapted for monthly rentals.
Included in the price :
Electricity, water, unlimited Wi-Fi connection, local taxes, administrative management.
Supply and laundry of linens at the start of your stay (The linens pack includes 1 set of bed sheets per bed, 1 set of bath towels (small and large) per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and dish towels).
Additional charges :
End of stay cleaning package: € 110 (billed when booking)
Rental deposit (refundable) : € 300
There is no provision for changing linen during the stay, but you can request it if you wish (with extra charge).
